The humidity sensor automatically detects excess moisture and activates the fan to help reduce condensation and maintain a comfortable environment. Utilizing advanced digital sensing technology, this device continuously monitors and manages humidity levels in areas such as bathrooms, basements, laundry rooms, and spas. The separate light switch can also be used to control lighting, a towel warmer, or a heater. Designed for easy installation, it features a slim profile for a better fit in wallboxes and includes a green flex sleeve that connects to ground or neutral when removed. Customization options allow users to adjust sensitivity, humidity levels, and timeout settings, while interchangeable faceplates (sold separately) provide color versatility.
