Jacobi Catalytic Carbon Filter System with Aqua Science Digital Control Valve is designed to help reduce taste, odor, hydrogen sulfide, chlorine, and chloramines in potable water. This system includes 1 cu. ft. of Jacobi CX-MCA catalytic carbon, a 1″ by-pass, gravel, funnel and cap, and a 1″ FPT barb and 90 elbow. The catalytic carbon is manufactured from select coconut shell charcoal and features high activity, large micropore volume, superior mechanical hardness, and extensive dedusting for a clean activated carbon product.
