The 500 Series Anti-Siphon Wall Hydrant was manufactured by Mansfield until PRIER purchased their brass line in 2007. The 500 Series hydrant is very similar to PRIER’s current 400 Series hydrant, but the parts are not all interchangeable.
- Replacement stem is 10 in. overall length
- Right hand and left hand graphite packing’s are included
- Replaces stem in 500 series hydrants manufactured between 1970 and 2006
- Made in the Kansas city, Missouri
- Will work for the model 578-06 and 579-06 full-turn “old style” Mansfield hydrants (6 in. model hydrants have 10 in. overall length replacement stems)
